Lisa is certified to administer and interpret a wide range of assessment tools and carefully uses them along with structured and unstructured interviews to determine leadership strengths and opportunities for growth.
Dr. Walker partners with her clients, providing the necessary challenge and support to facilitate a deeper understanding of self and improve self-management, resulting in more positive work relationships, improved productivity and wellbeing.
Lisa’s coaching is delivered through one-on-one sessions designed around specific areas of focus for your leadership development. It is offered for a six to twelve-month period, though each client is different and the important thing is that the outcome maps to your goals.
